Day 1 - Saturday, October 24, 9am - 4pm

Basic Parasitology Clinic

$50 per participant.
Limit of 20 participants.
Lunch and beverages provided.
Registration closes October 17, 2026.

Participants bring manure samples from their animals and learn how to do on-farm fecal floats to identify and count the parasite eggs. Microscopes and fecal float kits provided. Discussion includes how to prevent parasitic problems - ranging from genetics to nutrition to management. Best treatment options will be discussed including certified organic to synthetic dewormers. Fecal Float kit that participants will take home includes everything required to perform 5 complete samples.
