Training, Application, Test

This free in-person training is offered in collaboration with CLUES at the Riverland Community College in Austin from 12 - 4pm. 1900 8th Ave NW, Austin, MN 55912.

This 4-hour training will cover the legal requirements; food safety issues; completing the MDA training, test, and submitting your application. Both pH and water activity meters will be demonstrated. Manuals will be provided in both Spanish and English. Lead trainers are MFMA Board Directors Angelica Pena and Letty Rodriguez.
