The annual meeting of the Minnesota Farmers' Market Association will occur on zoom and will be called to order by Board President Bonnie Muellereile on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 1:05pm. The agenda for the annual meeting includes:

Introduction of candidates for MFMA's Board of Directors
- MFMA members will vote for the new directors via a secure poll through 5pm on Friday, November 21, 2025 when the poll will close.
- The elected directors will be announced at the beginning of MFMA's Annual Conference (via zoom) on Wednesday, December 3.
