This 90-minute zoominar walks you through the food laws and rules to help you decide if your food qualifies under the exclusion from licensing "product of the farm," or the exemption from licensing under the "cottage foods" law. Or if you might just want to buy a license (providing you can find a commercial-grade kitchen to use).
