Grab a drink and some snacks and settle in to learn all about the laws & regulations that govern selling food in Minnesota. Find out about the 'product of the farm' exclusion from licensing, the 'cottage food law' exemption from licensing, the differences between MDA and MDH food licenses - and more!

This 4-hour session is divided into blocks of information, with pop-up fun quizzes to help you retain critical material. A door prize will be awarded to one lucky person at the end using the Wheel of Names and mailed to the winner!
