“The Power of Data”

Washington State Farmers Market Association is a good 20 years older than MFMA, has a larger budget built on larger dues from their farmers markets, and has gathered critical data for many years. Data that most likely played a role in WSFMA securing $2.1M in grants for 130 farmers’ markets in Washington State in 2021 from their state government. WSFMA executive director Colleen Donovan will share lessons learned.
