Description
This is the complete kit for cottage foods producers to test your cottage foods in your home kitchens for water activity. It's the Elitech GSP-6 Pro,* 4 jars & lids to hold the calibration solutions, 1 jar for the Food Sample with the modified lid with the inserted probes. The probe with the orange cap (that you remove when using) measures the humidity; the other probe measures temperature. Also included are 4 vials of the calibration solutions, and instructions for use. Price includes product, shipping and handling, sales tax of 7.375% on applicable items. *The GSP-6 PRO replaced the GSP-6 in September 2025.
