Mixed bag on insurance premiums for 2023: we saw an overall rate increase of 3.035%. Vendor 1 category went DOWN by $3 while all other categories went up. 

We had our first ever claim in 2022 - due to damage caused by high winds. (Seriously, folks - minimum of 25# weights per tent leg!) Although, many markets saw wicked high winds - probably something to consider going forward. No other claims or reports - thank you so much for producing the safest, most healthy food in Minnesota and Wisconsin and for operating such safe, welcoming markets. 

Key things to keep in mind:

• For renewals - please review your entire online application! Things change year-to-year, so you need to update those changes.
• Listing additional insureds on  your certificate is no extra charge; try to add those when you apply / renew.
• We fixed some website issues, so policies should get processed faster. Still, - plan on 2 weeks turnaround time.
• Use an email you check often - your certificate of insurance gets emailed to you.
