Ingredients:
1 lb. ground turkey
1 large or 2 medium apples, cored and grated
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon dried thyme or sage
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
olive oil
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
Making Your Next Favorite:
1. Combine turkey, apple, oats, thyme, salt and pepper in a medium bowl; don't over-mix. Divide mixture into four patties.
2. Heat olive oil in a large sillet over medium heat. Add burgers to the hot pan and cook 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked thoroughly.
3. While burgers cook, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, and horseradish in a small bowl.
4. Serve burgers topped with mayonnaise mixture to your favorite friends!
