Recipe Corner Presents: Sphagetti Sauce!



Ingredients:

2 c. chopped onion                                1-1/2 tbsp. salt
1 c. chopped green pepper                    1 tbsp. oregano
9 c. peeled tomatoes                              2 bay leaves
24 oz. tomato paste                               1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar                                       2 tsp. allspice
2 tbsp. brown sugar                               1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. dry parsley

Making Your Next Favorite:

1. Cook all ingredients in a heavy pan to desired consistency.

2. Process in canner 20-30 minutes or freeze
