Recipe Corner Presents: Fresh Garden Salsa!



Ingredients:

1/2 peck ripe tomatoes, chopped                       4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 med. onions, chopped                                     2 tsp. cumin seed
2 lg. green bell peppers, chopped                       1 tbsp. salt
2 Anaheim peppers, chopped                             1/4 c. lemon juice
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped fine                   2 tbsp. sugar
3 jalepenos, chopped fine                                   1 c. water

Making Your Next Favorite:

1. Combine all ingredients - will keep fresh in refrigerator 2-3 weeks.

Remember to wear gloves when chopping hot peppers.
